Getting started
Install the app, sign in or create an account, allow notifications if you want posture reminders, and keep your iPhone nearby while tracking.
Requirements
PostureSense uses AirPods motion data. Confirm your AirPods are connected before calibration, then keep them in place during each monitoring session.
Baseline
Sit or stand in your normal neutral position and run calibration. This baseline helps the app detect posture drift for chin angle, side tilt, and forward lean during the session.
Monitoring
Start a session when you begin focused work. The live screen shows posture state, elapsed monitoring time, score, and alignment feedback while the session is active.
Progress
Use history and summaries to review posture score, measurement time, and daily patterns. Adjust alert sensitivity, delay, and repeat interval so reminders fit your day.
Safety
PostureSense stores account, settings, posture session metrics, summaries, and goals for app functionality. PostureSense is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
