My AirPods are connected, but monitoring isn’t ready.
Make sure you’re wearing compatible AirPods and they’re connected to the same iPhone or iPad running PostureSense. Wait for motion readiness, check permission prompts, and reconnect if needed. Bluetooth connection and motion availability are separate checks.
Calibration didn’t finish. What should I do?
Sit comfortably, relax your shoulders, look forward, and stay still during calibration. Keep your AirPods connected and try again. If your position changes later, recalibrate your baseline.
I’m not receiving reminders.
Check notification permissions in iOS Settings and any active Focus mode. In PostureSense, review sensitivity, the initial alert delay, and the repeat interval. Reminders depend on your settings and detected posture.
Where is my session history?
Completed guest sessions are saved on the device where you recorded them. Check that you’re using the expected guest or signed-in account. If a session shows a save error, retry in the app before leaving it.
Account and data deletion
Use the delete-account action in the signed-in app’s Settings. If you cannot sign in or need help with a data request, email support. Guest mode keeps session history, goals, and settings locally on your device.
