Is special hardware required?
Live monitoring uses motion data from compatible AirPods, connected to an iPhone or iPad. AirPods are not included with the app.
Can I try it without signing in?
Yes. Choose Continue as Guest. Your guest history, goals, and settings are stored on your device; account sync is optional.
