How does the trial work?
Eligible accounts get a once-only 14-day trial after authorizing a payment method. It automatically becomes a monthly paid subscription unless canceled before renewal. The checkout or native store shows your renewal terms before confirmation.
What about existing accounts?
Accounts created before the launch cutoff receive a once-only 30-day transition period from their first activation in an updated app. After that, eligible accounts can start the standard payment-authorized trial. Your account shows whether you qualify.
What happens when access expires?
New monitoring and new uploads require verified access. You can finish and save an in-progress session locally. Your history, settings, support, billing and account deletion remain accessible; queued sessions wait for renewal.
How do I cancel?
Manage web subscriptions from Account and native subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the verified paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Will my older offline app stop working?
Older offline releases cannot be remotely paywalled. Updated releases apply the subscription policy when enforcement launches. Existing local data is preserved.
